Process
1. First you need to acquaint yourself
with the technology of digital cameras. Use
Resources to cover the
material through #3. Pay particular attention to which
specifications might be used as purchasing criteria,
both quantitative and qualitative (e.g. resolution,
ease-of-use).
2. Skim through
"An Introduction to Architectural Photography the
Digital Way" to get some idea of what architectural
photographers use for their job.
3. Complete the short course
"How to Choose a Digital Camera".
4.
Select three cameras that match the
requirements outlined in the Task and set up a
comparison using a spreadsheet (see example in
Resources).
5. Read the material on
how to write a
purchasing recommendation. Read as many examples as you think
necessary to complete the task as required. You might
find that, after reading this material, your spreadsheet
may need refining.
6. Write a recommendation and submit
along with the spreadsheet. It would be a good idea to
check your work against the Evaluation. |
